Acceptable Use Policy

01Authorization first

Use Orrerie only on accounts, systems, websites, networks, files and data that you own or are expressly authorized to use. A public URL does not by itself authorize bulk collection, account access, security testing or circumvention.

You must comply with applicable law, the selected model provider’s applicable policies—including Anthropic’s Usage Policy and OpenAI’s Usage Policies—and the terms, robots rules, rate limits and access controls of third-party services.

02Unauthorized access and circumvention

You must not use Orrerie to break into an account or system; evade authentication, paywalls, rate limits, blocks or access controls; steal or replay sessions; conduct credential stuffing; defeat anti-bot controls without authorization; or disguise identity or location to obtain prohibited access.

Security research is permitted only with the system owner’s authorization and within the documented scope. Do not access, retain, alter or disclose another person’s data beyond what the authorization allows.

03Malware and infrastructure abuse

Do not create, deploy or distribute malware, ransomware, destructive code, botnets, phishing kits, exploit chains for abuse, denial-of-service activity, spam infrastructure or tools intended to compromise systems. Defensive analysis and remediation require authorization and proportionate safeguards.

04Fraud, deception and financial activity

Do not use Orrerie for scams, impersonation, fake documents, fraudulent transactions, market manipulation, laundering, gambling, deceptive reviews or engagement, or evasion of sanctions or financial controls.

Do not give an agent unsupervised authority to move money, cryptocurrency or other financial assets. Financial, legal, credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare and other high-impact decisions require qualified human review and any notices, consent and appeal rights required by law.

05Privacy and personal data

Do not harvest personal data, credentials or private communications without a lawful basis and authorization; build unlawful surveillance or tracking; infer highly sensitive traits for harmful use; expose secrets; or identify anonymous people in ways that create risk.

Collect the minimum data needed, protect it appropriately, honor deletion and access rights, and stop processing when authorization ends.

06Content, intellectual property and safety

Do not generate or distribute illegal sexual content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful violent or hateful material, instructions intended to cause physical harm, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Do not present AI-generated content as human-authored where that would deceive, or fabricate citations, testimonials, identities or evidence.

07Spam, scraping and platform abuse

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, create fake accounts, manipulate rankings or engagement, resell access, run automated bulk extraction without permission, overload services, or use proxies and emulation to evade enforcement. Authorized research and data extraction must remain within destination rules and reasonable rates.

08Enforcement

Orrerie may block a command, destination, connector or file; require approval; rate-limit activity; preserve relevant evidence; suspend a mission or account; or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal or provider-policy risk.

Report suspected abuse to hello@orrerie.com with ABUSE in the subject. Include URLs, public identifiers and a concise description; do not send unnecessary personal data.
