These Terms form an agreement between you and Orrerie LLC and govern your use of the Orrerie AI service at orrerie.com. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old unless Orrerie LLC has expressly approved a legally compliant supervised arrangement.
Orrerie LLC also owns and operates Orrerie Wallet, a separate self-custody cryptocurrency wallet. These Terms apply to the AI service. Use of Orrerie Wallet is governed by the terms published on the wallet website.
What Orrerie provides
Orrerie is a hosted AI productivity service. It adds an account workspace, conversation archive, document and media handling, metering, connected-service tools, publishing and sandboxed agent workflows around third-party AI APIs. It is a value-added software product, not an Anthropic or OpenAI account and not a resale of cash, cryptocurrency or transferable API credit.
Feature and model availability can change with plan limits, connected services, third-party availability, safety controls and technical capacity. A feature description is not a promise that every task will succeed or that every third-party website will permit automation.
Orrerie is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC or its affiliates; OpenAI and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI or its affiliates.
Accounts and security
Accounts may use Google sign-in or verified email and password, depending on deployment configuration. Optional two-factor authentication and backup codes are available. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and recovery codes, and promptly report suspected compromise.
One person must not share an account or use another person’s account without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the legality of files, instructions, credentials and connected services you provide.
AI output and professional decisions
AI output can be false, incomplete, biased or outdated. You must independently review important output before using or sharing it. Orrerie does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, credit or other regulated professional advice.
You must not use Orrerie as the sole basis for a decision that materially affects another person’s rights, safety, access to essential services or legal status. Where law or a provider policy requires human review, notice, consent, recordkeeping or an appeal route, you are responsible for providing it.
Agents, browsers and connected services
Agent mode can run code, use a sandboxed browser, create files and call services you connect. You may use it only on systems, accounts and data you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for reviewing consequential actions and complying with third-party terms, robots policies, intellectual-property rights and access controls.
Tools may request approval before an external write or sensitive action. An approval prompt is a safety control, not a transfer of responsibility. Orrerie may block destinations, commands, connectors or tasks that create security, legal, abuse or provider-policy risk.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, the selected model provider’s applicable policies—including Anthropic’s Usage Policy and OpenAI’s Usage Policies—and the rules of services you connect. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access or scraping, bypassing access controls, credential abuse, malware, fraud, spam, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, rights violations and harmful or illegal content.
We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant records where legally permitted, restrict tools, suspend work or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, providers or the service.
Plans and usage limits
Paid plans are currently one-time, non-renewing 30-day access periods. Each includes a metered AI-processing allowance shown in USD for transparency. The allowance is an internal service limit: it is not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or a transferable or redeemable asset.
While a plan is active, another purchase adds the new plan’s allowance and 30 days to the existing period. Unused allowance expires when the access period ends and is not converted to cash. The console shows remaining allowance and usage. Estimates of message counts are illustrative because actual cost varies by model, input, output, tools and context.
You may instead add your own Anthropic API key where available. Orrerie charges no plan fee for own-key access, but Anthropic charges your API account directly and its terms, limits and pricing apply.
Payments, delivery and promotions
Prices are stated in United States dollars (USD). Current paid checkout uses cryptocurrency processed through OxaPay; Orrerie absorbs OxaPay’s merchant-processing commission, and checkout converts the USD price to the selected coin and network. Card payment is not currently offered. Your wallet or exchange may separately charge blockchain withdrawal or network fees. You are responsible for sending the exact asset, network, amount and memo shown before the payment window expires.
Digital access is delivered after the payment provider reports the payment sufficiently confirmed. Activation can be delayed by network confirmation, provider review or an incorrect payment. Promotion terms, expiry and eligibility are shown when a promotion is offered; promotions have no cash value.
The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains duplicate, unused, failed-delivery and legally required refunds. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Your content and data
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, files and other content you submit. You give Orrerie a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service and the features you request.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content. Generated output may not be unique and may be similar to output provided to others. Your use of input and output remains subject to law, third-party rights and the Privacy Policy.
Orrerie intellectual property
Orrerie’s software, interface, branding, documentation and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the hosted service. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, reverse engineering, resale, sublicensing or circumvention except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Availability, changes and termination
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Missions, streams or integrations may stop because of time limits, capacity, safety controls, provider failures, maintenance or third-party changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a successful outcome for every task.
You may stop using Orrerie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, legal requirement, security risk or provider restriction. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to retrieve available content or cure the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orrerie is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The operator is not responsible for decisions made from unverified AI output, unauthorized automation, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid Orrerie in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where it would unlawfully exclude liability, including mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Applicable law and contact
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply under applicable law.
